Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Cooking times may vary depending on your slow cooker and the thickness of the ribs. The meat should be tender and easily pull away from the bone.
Baste (Optional):
If desired, halfway through the cooking time, you can baste the ribs with the sauce from the bottom of the slow cooker using a basting brush. This helps in building flavor.
Finishing Touches:
Once the ribs are cooked to your desired tenderness, carefully remove them from the slow cooker and place them on a serving platter.
If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can transfer the remaining liquid from the slow cooker to a saucepan. Simmer it over medium heat until it thickens to your liking.
Serve:
Brush the ribs with the thickened sauce or serve it on the side as a dipping sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions for a fresh touch.
