1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream or whipped cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Graham cracker crumbs (for the base)
Fresh berries or fruit compote (for topping)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the heavy cream (or whipped cream) and whisk until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency.
In serving glasses or bowls, layer graham cracker crumbs at the bottom (about 1-2 tablespoons per cup).
Spoon the cheesecake filling on top of the crumbs and smooth the surface.
Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes, or serve immediately, topped with fresh berries or fruit compote.
