🛒 Ingredients

  • 2.5 to 3 pounds baby potatoes (red or Yukon gold work best), halved or quartered
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix (or any onion soup mix)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter (your call!)
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

  1. Prep the Potatoes
    Wash and cut the potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on size. You want them bite-sized so they cook evenly and soak up all that flavor.
  2. Toss with Seasoning
    In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion soup mix, olive oil or melted butter, and any optional seasonings. Stir until everything is well coated.
  3. Load the Slow Cooker
    Pour the seasoned potatoes into your slow cooker and spread them out evenly.
  4. Cook Low & Slow
    Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender.
