- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)

- Season the Pork Chops
Pat chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. - Sear the Pork Chops
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear for 3â4 minutes per side, or until nicely browned. Remove chops and set aside. - Make the Honey Mustard Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and sautĂ© for 30 seconds. Stir in Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard (if using), honey, and vinegar. Simmer for 2â3 minutes, until slightly thickened. - Return the Chops & Glaze
