Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: pickles, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, or diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease. - Assemble the Wraps
Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the cooked beef. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef. Add optional toppings if desired. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling. - Air Fry to Perfection
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the wraps seam-side down in the basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wraps are golden brown and the cheese is melted. - Serve and Enjoy
Let the wraps cool for a minute before slicing. Serve with extra ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce. -
