Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: diced pickles or a drizzle of ranch for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Bacon and Beef
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion. Drain excess grease if needed. - Combine Ingredients
Stir in the cooked rice, crispy bacon, ketchup, and mustard (if using). Mix until everything is well combined and heated through. - Add Cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Cover and let it melt for a few minutes. - Serve
Garnish with extra bacon, pickles, or a drizzle of your favorite sauce. Serve hot and enjoy the burger flavors without the bun! -
