Ingredients
- 4–5 medium potatoes, diced or sliced
- 1 pound protein of choice (ground beef, sausage, chicken, or turkey)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, or corn)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients
Wash, peel, and dice or slice the potatoes. Chop the onion and garlic, and prepare any vegetables you want to include. - Cook the Protein
In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Cook protein until browned and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside. - Sauté the Veggies
In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add vegetables and cook until slightly tender. - Cook the Potatoes
Add diced potatoes to the skillet and season with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until potatoes are golden and tender, about 15–20 minutes. - Combine and Finish
Return the cooked protein to the skillet. Mix everything together, then sprinkle cheese on top if desired. Cover for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt. - Serve and Enjoy
Dish onto plates and enjoy warm. Perfect with a side salad or crusty bread for a complete, hearty meal.
