Instructions

Cook your choice of protein until browned or tender. Sauté vegetables until softened. - Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine protein, vegetables, pasta/rice/potatoes, sauce, and seasonings. Mix until evenly coated. - Bake or Cook
Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese (and breadcrumbs if desired). Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden. - Serve with Love
