Instructions
1. Cook the Apples
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- Cook for about 8–10 minutes until the apples are tender and coated in syrup.
- Let cool slightly before assembling.
2. Make the Cream Cheese Filling
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
3. Prepare the Noodles
- Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and lay them flat on a clean surface or parchment paper.
4. Assemble the Rolls
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture along each noodle.
- Spoon the apple mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Gently roll up each noodle into a spiral.
- Place seam-side down on a serving plate.
5. Chill and Serve
