- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). High heat is key to achieving crispy edges. - Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Pat dry to remove excess moisture. - Season
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper until evenly coated. - Roast
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the edges are golden brown and crispy. - Serve
Transfer to a serving dish and optionally sprinkle with Parmesan, fresh herbs, or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor. -
