Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1 can (21 oz) lemon pie filling or lemon curd
 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
 - Optional: powdered sugar or whipped cream for topping
 
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. - Layer the Ingredients
Spread the lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of the baking dish. Drop small spoonfuls of softened cream cheese over the filling. - Add Cake Mix
Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the filling and cream cheese. - Top with Butter
Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top of the cake mix. - Bake
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cake is set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out mostly clean. - Cool and Serve
Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving. Top with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or a dollop of fresh lemon curd for an extra-special touch. -
